7 Ways to Treat Bronchitis at Home

Bronchitis is a respiratory tract infection that is much more problematic than the common cold. People start to cough and have shortness of breath. This lower respiratory tract infection may be scary for some, but it is not a serious health issue.

3. Ginger

Ginger is a popular remedy for treating the common cold and bronchitis. Due to its potent immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory properties, the ginger can help soothe the inflamed, irritated, and swollen bronchial tubes.

  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of cloves

5. Garlic
